About Josh:

Josh is a Doctor of Physiotherapy with a special interest in sports and musculoskeletal injuries.  He has spent a number of years working for a range of Brisbane and Gold Coast sporting codes such as rugby league and union, AFL, soccer and cricket. Consequently he has a thorough understanding of the injuries that occur in sport and the treatment required.
He takes pride in exercise prescription to rehabilitate individuals from all sectors of life whether that is sport, work, leisure or day to day life.
Josh is heavily involved in the world of stand up paddle boarding (SUP) as both a competitor and physiotherapist. He is the first Australian Stand Up Paddle Boarding Team Physiotherapist and has provided physiotherapy for the Queensland State Titles, Australian Titles, local SUPSA club events and has treated some of the best stand up paddler's in the world.  
In his spare time, Josh can be found stand up paddle boarding, surfing and playing guitar
