Bonnie is a friendly and passionate dietitian with a keen interest in sports nutrition.
Having competed in the Nutri-Grain Professional Ironwoman series for the past seven years, Bonnie also has many years’ experience coaching junior and senior athletes in both Surf Lifesaving and a wide range of other sporting disciplines. This rare depth of experience has provided her with a great understanding of what is involved in the training and racing process and where proper nutrition can fit into the big picture to help you achieve your personal goals.
Bonnie enjoys helping a wide range of athletes from beginners to the elite, providing accurate advice and support to get the best out of yourself in sport and everyday life. She also enjoys helping people meet their general weight management goals and using nutrition to manage diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, coeliac disease, fatigue, bloating and allergies/intolerances.
